Default Looking for preamp PCBA

Hi,
Can anyone point me towards a source of PCBAs for the following pre-amp/headphone drive architecture?
- dual rail design
- Jung architecture. Will populate with a 627 and the buffer is optional
- active class A biasing for the gain stage

I'd also like each channel to be regulated seperately, but I'll take that off-board if needed. The Pot can be PCBA mount, or not.

The closest I found was :

but the balanced architecture is overkill for my needs and probably detracts from the ground performanc for a single ended app.

Curious also, has anyone compared the diamond buffer version to the op-amp buffered version?
