Need help on moding a distortion pedal

hi , i just built the boss ds1 distortion pedal for my guitarist friend , here s the schematic and pcb :

( i built ta7135p version )
, it sounds reallllly awesome , i just love it , but my friend need more gain ( more distortion ) , any suggestion ?

Change the diodes to Ge or Schottky diodes.

Increase the 10k resistor on Q2's collector.

Increase the 100k feedback resistor going from point 3 to point 6 and add a small input resistor between the two opamps.
