your input is directly connected to the ouput - thats a no no and this cicuit would not work and probaly distroy what ever is attached to it!

This circuit differs from the first one ... R10 and R11 are missed, Q9 is connected differently and this input is surely not there ... the input and output are shorted ...

...Not to mention that there is no bias current to be seen for the bias network or driver BJTs Q3 and Q5 therefore no bias current at all, and this is probably a very good thing because if there was some, Q9, the bias servo, has it's BE junction shorted, so the bias voltage between bases of Q3 and Q5 would be very high and result in at least 6 transistors out of the 7 active ones dying shortly after power-up. D7 and D8 would not do a thing considering there is no bias current and Q9 BE is shorted - also they appear shorted in the schematic, you might want to check that. One of R15/R16 or R19/R20 is extra, why not just use a single resistor instead of two in series, at least on paper, as it will make the schematic easyer to read. I am only guessing here as to where the bias current is to come for the driver stage, either way,D3-Q7, D4-Q4 will keep the output stage from doing anything very useful as most current would be diverted through them, instead of going into the driver bases.
I suspect this is supposed to be a power follower, except this might be the wrong universe for it
