I have a NAD C 320 which seems to have a blown power transformer. Does anyone have a schematic for the NAD C320 or information about the ratings of the Holmegren transformer for the NAD320? What are the output voltages from the secondary windings on this transformer?
What causes transformers to fail usually and is there any hope of repairing it for this or future projects or is it dead? Any help would be apreciated - I am a relative beginner to this (previously I have fixed a blown output MOSFET on an Arcam Delta 290, two blown resistors on an Arcam cd 5+ voltage supply but this is my first attempt and repairing/modifying a PSU).. Cheers Sean |
