i need main outs on my yamaha a/v receiver. can i just "t" tap into the audio audio before the onbourd amp? has anyone done this and will i be introdusing any noise in the signal?
i would like to do this so i can use this receiver as a preamp to a pioneer m-90 amp.<---------any info on this amp will also be helpful,,,,thx, shallenn |

Option #1
Use the headphone output. . . (or internally wire to the headphone jack and mount output jacks. Might need some sort of L-pad or shunt volume to adjust and match gain characteristics of both amps. . .so volume goes up at same rate on both amps. Option #2 Make an L-pad for direct connection to the output. (or internally wire L-pad and mount output jacks. . Both work well. . . Let us know how it works. |
