Can anybody help with this IC? Yamaha offers no details or datasheet. The purpose of the IC is to convert Synth keys to a Keyvoltage. The voltage should be .25v@ key 1 and 4Volts at key 37.

What's your problem with it? It is most likely custom silicon, made specifically for Yamaha, and I would guess, a long time ago, as this would be implemented in digital these days.
