which are the classic solid state designs over the years?

To my mind Leak and Quad spring immediately to mind, together with Linsley Hood who was very well respected a few years ago.

Does anybody konw the output impedance or damping factor on 8 Ohm of Hiraga's designs class A and Monster ?
