Hi ,
Anyone know what is this amp is based upon ? Is it chip or BJT inside?. It says it has , High Instantaneous Current Capability (HCC) : ±45 amps. Anyone know?. I thought of buying it. if it is chip , i won't buy , i will build one. If it is BJT inside , it is worth the buy. Thanks Alexk |

Discrete output IIRC, but don't remember any more if it was BJTs or MOS... possibly something similar to 2SC1302/2S3281 if it's BJT.
