US Source for BUZ901/906???

Anyone know of a US source for some BUZ901/906P devices?? Or suitable TO-247 substitutes??? I cannot use TO-3 devices.

I would need 3 of each to repair an amp i am working on.

Last time I used a 'BUZ' part was on an old marine radar.

One of the tricks I use is bring up a search engine and type in the part number.

I let the search engine do the looking for me.
Dogpile just found about 15 sources trying to sell me them.
So it's not that hard to find.

They were a funney series of parts.

Thanks, I found lots of sources in the UK but none in the US.

Can anybody in the UK that accepts paypal help out???
