Default PC processor copper heatsink for amp cooling ?

No idea how much dissipation without cooling fan

Could be looking real cool.

quite useless without fans, high density fin spacing is not working on convection cooling.

As was already stated, fin spacing this close won't work with natural convection efficently. Natural convection relies only on the bouyancy of heated air to "pump" cool air through the fins. Fins this close will choke out this weak effect with friction.
However, with fans this would be pretty pimp!

Although these indeed won´t blow the heat too fast in the air
they´ll be plenty for your domestic chip amplifier <50W.
The fat copper base will do a good job in getting the (concentrated) heat away from the little chip. One per chip should be fine.
Or you could find another metal strip that connects to of them per side
for better convection.
