I was needing to know if anybody knows the part numbers for the TO220 rectifers in the MTX 250X.
The original ones look to be
U1620R for REC 402
I could not find a listing for it in Digikey or Mouser was thinking the FEP16CTA would be a good replacement. what do you think?
The other one is a FEP16CT for REC 401 and I am able to find it.
As far as the rest
FET 401 and FET 402 they appear to be P60NE replacing with STP60NE06-16. What do you think?
FET 201,202,301,302 are IRF 540 and replacing with IRF 540
Any suggestions appricated
