Question does this look right?

This tone control circuit is from one of my favorite books and I hope to use it in my soon to be one day constructed amplifier. Does this junction I have circled in this schematic look like it belongs there? The junction looks incorrect when compared to the other 2 voltage divider like circuits, but R5 > R3 = R7. Before I make this board can someone that knows what they are doing help me out?

Yes, you were right , the junction is incorrect...it shouldn't be there....correct it...
