Default Virtual ground and DC servo vs capacitor coupling.

My first question concerns Virtual ground for low power in unbalanced designs (preamps, filters,DAC's, etc.)

My second question concerns the use of a DC servo in the same context vs " a good" interstage coupling capacitor.

Has some people here tested these things and which are his conclusions?
