SoundCraftsmen 5001 PA Amp

Hi guys,

My 5001PA has started to blow an output transistor. Can anybody help me by making available a copy of the service manual or at least the schematics? I suspect that the problem is with the protection circuitry.

Hi JayS,
Protection circuits will not damage outputs. Other damaged outputs will. If you replace one, change the rest in that channel. Also, the driver transistors.

Although that will definetely, I'll still be in the dark regarding cheching out the equipment - any idea where to source for a service manual or schematics?

I have bought from the last company before. They are good. I did not find any at no charge. You may want to contact a service agent in your country as well.
