is it possible to get match pairs of mje15030/31 and mj15003/04? What cirteria to match ? Thanks Arthur |

It is not really necessary to match them but if you do - match the Hfe's

The PNPs are like peas in a pod, all essentially the same.
The NPNs vary a bit, but with the large value emitter resistors specified, matching is not really needed. |
