which are the nearest equivalents for mj15003/4, ?

The amp runs only +/-34v and runs on a 2ohm load, therefore I`m not going for the mj15024/5 which have higher Vceo.

I`m thinking of MJ11015/6....

Do you think those would work as a replacement ?
I downloaded the datasheet and noticed that these are darlingtons, have higher Ic rating and a bit lower Vceo rating than the Mj15003/4. All the parameters seem to be very close, the only difference is Hfe.

Mj15003/4 25 ~ 150
MJ11015/6 200~1000

does this make any difference on the amp

Hi,
yes, replacing an output with a darlington makes a difference.
The darlington should replace both the driver and the output.
But I would expect the performance with the darlington to be poorer compared to the discrete driver & output.
For low voltage use MJ(L)15003/4 are a very good choice for a slowish, hi current & reasonable gain transistor. Pretty adequate SOAR as well.
Another low cost, low voltage, slow Tr is the 3055 but current gain at high outputs falls badly.
