Hello~
About a week ago, I changed input impedance of Zapsolute power amp from 2K to 45K. (in unbalanced connection) As manual says, I changed RZ resistors & put 1uf Cap to signal line. New parts are 4 Holco resisters(45K) & 2 Solen FastCaps(1uf). (for 2 channel) Also because I use RCA only, so I connected it to 'direct input' as manual recommends. Surely, Sounds are much better than before. (my pre-amp is tubed one.) But, After changing that, 'Power down' mode does not work at all. That is always in 'Class A' mode. (both two channels are same) Is it normal ? If not, please tell me some check points. My Zapsolute is Mk4.2. Thanks in advance |
