Default Amplifier Help!!!

Ok so I've figured out that with my 2 Memphis 15-PR124D, 250 RMS, 400 Watt Peak power, 4ohm dual voice coil subwoofers that I either need to wire them in a 4ohm or a 1ohm load. I was thinking on doing a 1ohm load so that I can buy the smallest amplifier that would run these with the least amount of power. But I don't know what the best amplifier would be? I know I need a mono amp because I'm hooking these up parallel /parallel so there is just 1 positive and 1 negative wire that hooks into the amp. I was looking for either Kicker or a Memphis amplifier. If there is any other top brand amplifier's out there that would run these subs let me know.

Hopefully you didn't take it as a flame. If you did, my apologies...

As a Missourian to a Kansan, I would never do that...unless you're a Jayhawks fan.
