power amp
manufacturer Shin Shirasuna Electric Corp. model Silver SA5050 dual mono (even two potted toroids) independent PCBs for each channel, with two pairs of 2SD745 and 2SB705 in each channel as outputs predriver and driver stage (don't know, maybe is even cascode in case?-didn't checked yet) awfully hot -with 2SC2591 and 2SA111 and few little ones on little mutual heatsink, mounted on child boards, one childboard per channel 2x40 for output stage and 2x46 for driver and input child board my guess is that this amp is from Otala's days in mentioned company; Google didn't help to find any further info somebody knows anything more?

Hi ZM,
I recently got two of these 770. One for me, one for a friend of mine. We plan to investigate/tweak in near future... so I hope I can soon tell you more. But it already looks very promising. Manu |
