Just to clarify, it's more a review of previously published work rather than a paper. get it here: http://www.assj59.dsl.pipex.com/literaturereview.doc despite their supposed equivalence, Word on the Mac will not display the document correctly (it's still readable though), as it was created on Word for Windows. B****y Microsoft.

that's really great !
Somehow, it does not work to open your link from here (currently in China). I will try again, from Munich soon.
Also quite interested in your PHD literature adventure and
after completion of course also interested in a copy of your work.

My webspace is rubbish. It can take a looooooong time for the server to respond. Make sure your browser isn't set to time out, and it should eventually load.
