JLH 69 Project, Toroid Selection

What size toroid will I need for a JLH 69 10W/channel? We're choosing parts right now and I would like some input on how big to oversize this thing.

We're looking at needed around 22 to 24Vac out of the toroid and going into a 7824 per channel. Not sure what Iq point yet, but am considering 24Vdc at around 1 to 2 amp. I want plenty of overhead for the best bass I can get.

Toroids, EI core, R-core??? I like Plitron so I'm leaning in that direction, but would consider all recommendations and sources.
Looking for quality.

Also does dual mono transformers really give any better performance over a single dual secondary big guy?

I was thinking of using at least 100VA per channel, but I am unsure how to provide ample power but not overkill it.

Hello tommytube

I am using a torroid for 24V/120VA (each channel)
The current is 1.2Amp.
I have no problems with the bass
