Which type of bass driver would you recommend for the ESP upgraded project 68. I`m thinking of pa driver like eminence.

Well anything that can handle about 400W for a start. What is your application? PA drivers may not be ideal if you want a sub-woofer.

I'd use a large 12" or 15" 4 ohm car sub.

No, I want a driver that will be able to give that tight beat like in clubs, not realy looking for low end bass like a car subs.
Do you think a PA would be good for this amp,?... do it need a sub sonic filter to cut the very low end bass signal ? Leander |

Take a look at this:
http://sound.westhost.com/project48.htm I built something similar for my home disco. The bass is deep, but very tight and firm, not at all like your typical car subwoofer. |
