Hello there,
Seek help with you how to modify the following cct. so as to add 5 to 10 seconds delay then close the relay again, after the DC detected and activated the circuit ( Relay open ) http://sound.westhost.com/project33.htm I found the relay on/off alternatively in short period when I tested my AMP therefore have this thinking. CK |

If the circuit has tripped due to DC you wouldn't want the relay to close again after a while because you will damage something as DC faults don't tend to fix themselves.
If the circuit is tripping on power up that is what should happen - it keeps the relay open while things settle down. Just make sure you have connected it as shown in the project or it will only detect the DC thump at start therefore will click closed then open then closed.
