PSpice Model for 2SJ201

Hi Spice-oHolics !
I checked through my PSpice libraries

and found that I do not have any model for the 2SJ201.

Where to get it?

Whoops - thanks darkfenriz. Was wondering why NS would have a model for a japanese FET... :-)

The pwrmos 2sk1530 is available but not its counterpart 2sj201....
and in the fet-lib you find something that looks like the counterpart, but isn't.... too bad !
Nevertheless, thanks for the effort.

I cannot imagine that nobody here has the model available....

Hi ChocoHolic,

Googled this, and there's been several people looking for a model, all unsuccessful... but here's something that may be of interest:

Pspice model for Toshiba 2SJ201 needed

Wasn't there a device modeller in PSPICE allowing one to generate the model params from a standard data sheet? I definitely recall that it included diode and BJTs, but not sure about FETs.

Would it be a reasonable approach to pick the
model of 2SK1530 and change Vto from 1.5V to -1.5V...
and additionally double or triple the capacitances?
