High voltage P-FET's or PNP bipolar selection
I am in need of high voltage P-type power transistors for audio use. Requirements are:
450V breakdown minimum
400V normal duty
Current 30mA with 15mA swing superimposed.
normal power dissipation (on heatsink) more than 12-15W each
Topology: Folded Cascode
I would ideally prefer MOSFET's but would be relatively happy with relatively high beta bipolars.
Any assistance in selecting suitable devices would be most welcome. I have searched IRF, Zetex and a few others without great success
