high voltage transistors

I'm looking for an available (not obsolete) NPN medium power transistor with Vce = 1000 volts, beta at least 20 and Ptot, min = 3 watts in a TO-126 or TO220 case. Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,

thanks a lot. Yes, I want to built a 1ma constant current source which is able to deliver 500volts

Have looked at OnSemi before, but I have overlooked theses types. I'm not shure, if the Vceo sustaining voltage is high enough, but they are the best types until now.
