Hi Mike, when i read the so called" AGB" at Reichelt, you have to order from an outside country at least for 150 euro, in Germany it is 10 euro.
So perhaps you can do it and sent to Leander...
I don't know if this is also counting for the Netherlands?
Thats why i still did not place an order at Reichelt.
My 2 cents.

Does seem to have the onsemi transistors. However the shipping puts you back 12 €, 1kg letter within europe, you are in Malta right?
They cost 4.10 € there, if you buy more than 25 they get cheaper.
They are considered reliable in sweden, expensive but reliable.

Edit: You need to use visa or mastercard if you want to order online.

Yes, i could do that ! leander, in which country do you live ? Do you have PayPal ?

But, may I suggest mj15024/25 instead of mj15003/4, for which amp are the devices ?
The mj15024 has some very good specs and is much more robust.

Mike
