I ordered a Shiva and css amp from css about 3+ months ago, obviously delayed by shipping and reorganization within Adire. Well I wasn't in a rush so I hadn't pushed the issue, as the delays were not there fault. I emailed them a few weeks ago asking for an update, with no response, again last week with no response.
Today I tried phoning the number on their site to find out it is not in service.
I am looking into reversing my credit transaction. Does anybody know how to do this, time limits (which I might be over), required evidence, etc?
Also, has anybody had contact or delt with CSS in the last few weeks and know the situation?
