It's from about 1989. 2-channel receiver. Pretty cheap.

I'm really just interested in it's variable loudness circuit for a little project i'm building.

Brian,

I have the IC Data, Block Diagrams, Phantom Views & Schematics
for RX360 which is pretty much same with RX300 that you are looking for. It also got the variable loudness control. This one was manufactured 1990, if you are interested pls. let me know.
I will email it to you. Give me your email add.

Regards,
Danny

If anyone is still following this post I could use the schematics for my Yamaha RX 300. Seems to have a bad relay. Clicks but won't power up.

Thanks in advance for any help.

J.D.
