hy all,
can you give me some datasheet about this russian tranzistor?
i searched all over but didn't found any. I need some powerful equivalent because this one burns all the time.

Look at this. I belive that you can understand it

Nearest subst is TIP1xx transistors.
PNP, Uce=60-100v, Ic=5-7A, H21e=50-100, F=3MHz
