For your info, that unit has been done successfully at least several hundred times up to now… “Viktor1986” is one of them, he can tell you that.
Dear Dr. Bora

First off all I want to present thanks for your quickest kindest reply to you.
I'll check again all voltages and parts once more. Do you have any pre-test procedure of it before the hook up into amp. different then checking the voltage and finding the wrong parts??
Best regards

Set the image in high resolution and also photograph plate from the bottom. Thus I do not see almost anything and especially those two 1N4148 diodes which are in parallel with 150nF(yellow blocks).

What I see, you're wrong turn LF353?

It seems all OK in the picture. No you can get a voltage of 13V where there are marked, there must be -13V DC. I have personally made several omni protections and there are no mistakes, except of course if you're somewhere wrong around the value resistor or perhaps a faulty components.

How many volts are relays and that resistance spool? What is the value of the resistor that goes to the entrance LM7824, from +66 V to the input 7824?

There is no need to send you anything because you found on that link.
