Default N channel amp search

I've been looking for an N channel amplifier design but all the
searches I've done in this forum came up with Mosfet designs.

But I'm looking for an N channel with BJT outputs and now I
can conclude that this designation applies only to Mosfets.

Could anyone point me out to a BJT N channel (if I'm allowed
to say it this way) with around 100-150 W of power?

I'm not sure that such an animal exists in this forum, but that's
what I would like to build now taking advantage of a zilion NPN
transistors I have and of no use if I can't build such an amplifier.

I'd appreciate some info about this matter.

Hello,

I think you are looking for a schematic with NPN (n channel BJT) output transistors. This is called a "Quasi-Complementary" stage.

I found this schematic.

Schematic

Default Quasi-complementary design

Thanks very much for your interest. Unfortunately I know about this
design as being not very reliable (I never understood where R24 goes),
point A!
Besides I would like to have the layout of the design and that is not
very easy to get.
Neverthless I apreciated the effort, thanks.

Hi jmateus,

To find out where R24 goes (i.e. point A!) you have to buy the kit!!

Cheers,
Greg
