Hello
Im looking for a small portable amplifier for my mp3 player that will drive on some AA batteries... I want to build one small as the amplifier that is to IPODs. I think they are called Itrips or somethink like that. //Elias |

Check out the class-D forum. Some of the tripath-based kits (eg. 41Hz Amp3) will run on 12V. Your batteries will take up more space than the circuit board, and efficiency (ie. battery life) is high. Sound quality is great, IMO.
