Why not to use 2SB649 -2SD669 for VAS?
What about 2sc4793-2sa1837 for VAS stage?

Not a good idea, the bd139 will be better, the cob of the transistor is very important here, the cob of the 2sb649 or 2sc4793 is in the order of 20 - 30pf at 10v vcb while the bd is maybe around 4 to 5, if you want to improve the circuit change your output transistors, 2n3055 are really not so good for audio.
