AC188: Germanium PNP NF-Tr/E, 25V, 1A, 1W
AD161: Germanium NPN NF-L, 32V, 1A, 4W(Tc=70°)
AD162: Germanium PNP NF-L, 32V, 1A, 6W(Tc=63°)
Pinout: 1: E, 2: B, 3: C

No Spice models.

I would like to try the sound...
and they are available in local store.
actualy i am going to perform some I to V converter
for the DAC...
It is a real problem to reach the suficient datas to make
PSpice model.
And biasing examples ar very rare too...

I downloaded the datas for
AC187 and AC188
I do not know will that be enough to make a
very simple model, just for the biasing...
Still does not have almost nothing about the AD161 AD162...
