I have a HAC 2200II One side is running hot still works. Need help

How hot?If you can touch the heat sink for a while means it is OK.
You can check the voltage on one of the 0.22ohm. If meter read about 10mv to 14mv, I asscume average 13mv means total 350 to 360ma idle current.If the voltage too high you can adjust the pot locate at middle the power pcb.Make sure you turn a little bit, then check the voltage.The idle current decide the output watt in class A mode.You do not want to set it too low. |
