? D666AC, B646AC -vs-C2705 ,A1145 - which one substitute which one?
I got schematic that using the following transistors: D666AC, B646AC. However, a vendor gave me C2705 and A1145 instead.
I wonder if which one is the substitution of which one? :confused: :confused: :confused: |
2Sc2705 is NPN as 2SD666AC.... so, they may be equivalent
And the others may be PNP and equivalents too.
