Question TOSHIBA 2SC4793 and 2SA1837 medium power transistor pspice models?

...anyone have access to the above??

Join Date: May 2002 my view toshiba make the best output stage driver transistors...with respect to ft and sustained gain-linearity.....only problem is they have no spice models...apparently(?).....rather careless i reckon...
