Can anybody give me a exactly particular explanation about this curcuit? those unregular R,C,Tr. I really want some comments to prove my comprehension.
Is there any address? or any document can be Emailed to me?

It's schematic, all I can find are blurred picture, I really wanted to have a clear adequate one.
Is there any address? or any document can be Emailed to me?
