Darlington Spice models

Does anyone have any spice models for npn and pnp Darlington power transistors ? Something roughly equivalent to the Sanken devices would be ideal.

OnSemi has SPICE models for several of their Darlington's -- you can use their parametric search engine -- take a look at the TIP 142 and TIP147
