Hafler DH110 moving coil input

Does anybody have any information on the additional moving coil input board which is mentioned in the Hafler manual? I would like to add an MC input and thought that this might be a good place to start.

My PCB designing skills are not too good. I can etch boards and, of course, solder. So the next option is if anybody knows of any other designs, perhaps on a website.

Any information will be much apreciated.

I have info for 112 pre-pre ,used in DH101 as option ;

I have an extract of an article from "the" John Linsley Hood including a very simple discrete MC amp circuit and the layout. It is to be used as front end for an actual MM input RIAA. circuit (as in the DH-110). I have never used MC cartridge though I can not comment on the sound but the reputation of J.L.H. makes me believe that it must be good...
