Question Crimson Elektrik 35-15B pre-amp

Does any one have a circuit diagram for a Crimson Elektrik 35-15B pre-amp?

I guess it's a home. My brother wired up the modules from a kit. I think I have found the problem though one of the 301 opamps appears to be dragging the signal down. I would still be interested in a circuit diagram though.
