Musical Fidelity Elektra E100/E300

A buddy has an E100 with a trafo with a shorted primary. Does anyone know what the trafo in this would be (or what the rails are?)

Rated at 100W into 8 ohms, 160 into 4 ohms.

Its secondary is rated at 32-0-32 VAC
