Have recently purchased 2 onix amplifiers OA 21SW -- Serial no, s 91049 & 98929 , also a power supply 98241.
would greatly appreciate any information power wise e.t.c age, also . Is the power lead "DIRECTIONAL" ? IN FACT ANY THING AT ALL , WOULD BE MOST WELCOME Regards |

it's around 50wpc, the link cable as all cables are directional but unless it was marked when it was first connected your stuffed.
Is the writing is in white or gold? |

There aint no such thing as a 'directional' cable....
....unless it consists of series diodes..... ....otherwise, 'audio' is 'AC', and if indeed such a 'directional' cable is in your possession, i suggest you dump it in the water closet ....Sharpish! |

Hi Mike,
I think they are referring to the end the outer ground shield is connected to. The inner shield is connected at both ends of course. Non- technical people err and call the cable directional. Makes me grimace. -Chris |

Hi everybody & thank you for your information , now as i understand it , cables ARE directional ie-- naim audio have a white tag on the cable which they say is connected to source.
to get back to ONIX cable , mine has a red coloured tag at one end So there you have it . |
