I am using a capacitance multiplier (20000uf) 1.5amp. 30volt.

Hey banana, why don't you split ?
For CLC's, check the Pass corner < > Hoek ! Both WuffWaff and i have good results with torobars in CLC supplies. For winding inductors yourself i have an adress for bell wire.
