I've built an 100W Mosfet amp, using the irf540/9540 as output devices, and the irf610 as driver. The main problem is, when I raise the volume the amplifier starts to show lots of DC at the output and the speaker gets "drawn" and the sound stops even lowering the volume, then I have to turn it off when it happens.
