Wanted dead or alive: datasheets of 2sk218 & 2sk68
Hi,
Got a hold of a bunch of these transistors the other day. I have some simple limiting value data on them, figuring out the pinout won't short-circuit my mind and I can bug a friend who has a curve tracer. But I was hoping someone had the original datasheets lying around somewhere. Tried searching the net for a few hours to no avail. It's funny to see that you can find a datasheet of a tube from 1929 in a minute, but SS stuff is very hard to find. TIA! Regards, Remco |
