Circuit diagram, service manual or help for NAD C350?

Having problem with my NAD C350. Circuit protection activates approx. 5 seconds after power on, with or without speakers attached.

Any ideas or a link to where i can find a circuit diagram?

I've got the exact same problem. Have you figured anything out? Gotten access to a service manual?

From my file archives, copied from various sources:

Nad C350 turns on and is stuck in protection mode with red LED on.

C119, C145, C155 and C159 were found to be open.

Other common failure points are C143, C144, C146, R401, and R402.
A bulletin from NAD advises to replace R401 and R402 with jumper
wires. This modification is implemented in production from Serial
no. H08C35005910.

I know this is an old thread but I'm in need of a schematic/service manual for the NAD 350 as I have the same kind of issue. I'm a newbie and this is my first post! I've taken the amp apart and it at least one cap is so fried I can't read it's value! My email address if anyone could send this info is: ed_boom@yahoo.co.uk
