Irf244

I am trying to get all the parts for my aleph 1.2 project, but I cant find anyone selling the IRF244. Can somebody help me please?

I don't believe they make the non-'p' varient any more. I think the only difference is that it now has a plastic case. the irf website has links to suppliers from their irfp244 page.

This is essentially the IRF240. They have stopped making the
TO-3 cases (translation: price X 10) so you want to be using
the IRFP240 and IRFP9240 these days.
