Hey all.
I have seen LCAudio 10V shunt regulator with these specifications:
Uout = 10V
0.01ohm from DC to 10Mhz.
I want to make a Shunt reg with a higher voltage (20V) and with transistors instead of BFR92 and BFT92.
The Questen is:
How do you calculate the regulators working frequency?
What component in the circuit limits the working frequncy to 10Mhz?
What if I Change BFR92 with 2SC2240, does anyone then know how to calculate the working frequency?
Best regards
